Time Apart
Time got me upset again,
sitting alone thinking of you.
I have the fortitude of ancient priests,
but highlighting our pivotal moments is all I can do.
Time apart can be lonely at times.
A sample of time will leave lovers yearning for more
of the cherished moments stored in mind.
Once united, we will sail the mystic seas and winds we’ll soar.
Time away makes me realize one thing;
it’s cosmically therapeutic for us.
Jubilation to my life is what you bring,
Thus, let’s love until our physicals turn to dust.
